Minister of Information, Melhem Riachy, announced in a speech he delivered during a Conference organized by the National News Agency under the title "Media Spreading Civilizations and Connecting Dialogues", "the end of traditional media times and the beginning of a new era; one of dialogue and communication."
"We request your support and assistance so as to render the ministry one for dialogue, and thus restore Beirut's role as a platform for dialogue," Riachy said.
