Bahrain's regional, global security role highlighted

Deputy Interior Minister Shaikh Talal bin Mohammed Al Khalifa has expressed his gratitude for the hosting of the annual security summit "Manama Dialogue" in Bahrain.
He said that event represents an added-value to reinforce the international position and reputation of Bahrain as a destination to gather foreign and defence ministers, military and security experts and academics from various parts of the world.
The 13th summit that concluded on Sunday and reviewed various topics related to counter-terrorism and security partnerships in the region. He said that the Manama Dialogue was one of the main international forums to coordinate stands, efforts and strategies to achieve positive cooperation to deal with risky challenges.
He said that the Kingdom of Bahrain out of its active role in regional and international counter-terrorism alliances would continue to promote efforts and strategies to dry out terrorism financing sources and fighting extremism.
