The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, is urging motorists to be cautious on roads due to rain in various regions of the country.
In a statement on Thursday, the NCMS said that the unstable weather conditions will continue, with partly cloudy and hazy weather at times and scattered rainfall in some areas, especially islands and coastal areas.
The statement added, "Moderate to fresh winds, becoming strong at times over the sea and exposed areas, will cause blowing dust/sand with poor visibility at times. Seas will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman."
The conditions are likely to be the same on Friday and Saturday.
