Emirates Central Cooling Corporation (Empower), the largest district cooling service provider in the region, is participating in World Energy Forum 2012 as a lead sponsor. The forum open on Monday and will continue until Oct.24 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, to be attended by more than 20 heads of state, over 40 ministers and several officials and government delegations.
