Egypt, JICA to organise training program for archaeologists

The Ministry of Antiquities and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a cooperation protocol Tuesday to organize a training program for archaeologists and restorers working at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) project.
The protocol comes as part of cooperation between the Ministry and JICA in the field of antiquities, said Minister Mamdouh el-Damati.
It goes into effect as of next month and until March 2016, Damati added.
