The Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) denied media reports about announcing an initial indicators on the results of the poll to ask citizens whether or not they support daylight saving time.

Earlier, Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab ordered conducting a poll over whether or not to implement daylight saving time.

In a statement Sunday, the IDSC said that the procedures of the poll have not been finalized yet.

The IDSC also urged all media outlets to be accurate in their coverage and not to rely on false information and use only verified reports.
