The Oberoi wins Best 5-star Deluxe Hotel award

The Oberoi Group has been awarded as the best five-star Deluxe Hotel in India by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, 2013. This award comes as a recognition to the important contribution made by The Oberoi, New Delhi to the cause of tourism in the country. The pioneer in luxury hotels has received this prestigious National Tourism Award in the Best Five Star Deluxe Category. The National Tourism Award instituted by the Ministry of Tourism, Government Of India are the most desirable awards in the industry of Travel and Tourism in India. These awards are presented annually in various categories, to acknowledge exceptional performance and contribution exhibited in promoting India as an evident tourist destination. The Oberoi, New Delhi  was the first hotel in the city that started with 24 hours personal butler service.
