Mr Poynton is Chef Patron of the Michelin-starred Alimentum in Cambridge, and will offer Winter Garden diners a choice of three menus, all of which showcase his unique style. Mark Poynton’s à la carte menu will provide diners with a chance to try his signature dishes and a choice of four starters, mains and desserts.
