London - Arabstoday

Katy Perry has announced that she will team up with Coty to create her own line of signature fragrances. The singer joins Coty's list of brands which include Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs and Playboy among others. Rumour has it the perfume will be girlie and youthful, to reflect Perry’s playful style. However the 28-year-old singer yesterday admitted to US Weekly that her signature red carpet look isn't isn't as glamorous as you'd imagine "I almost always wear Spanx," Katy said. From Tulisa to Donald Trump it seems that you're not 'someone' until you have your own perfume, though some have proved more fragrant than others. Similar pop songstresses who have successfully dabbled in scents include Rihanna, Beyonce and Taylor Swift.
