The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star attended the event with her rapper beau Kanye West. Kim looked dazzling in plunging cobalt blue gown, slashed to the waist to show plenty of her front and cut to the thigh with two slits, she completed her look with black platforms. She styled her hair in a tapered plait and donned simple make up. West surprised Kim as waiters brought out a gourmet crafted birthday cake during the course of the evening.
