The eurozone economy is facing fewer headwinds as current positive momentum could outweigh negative global risks, said ECB chief Mario Draghi.
"The risks surrounding the euro area growth outlook are considered to be broadly balanced," said Draghi, adding that the economy was surfing on momentum that raises the chances of better than expected growth, although risks from global factors remained.
