Intercontinental Exchange says mulling offer for LSE

US group Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) said Tuesday it was considering making an offer for the London Stock Exchange, which is already in merger talks with Deutsche Boerse.
"ICE is considering making an offer for LSEG," the company said in a statement to investors.
