The UN Security Council will vote at 2 pm (1900 GMT) on a draft resolution demanding that Israel halt settlements, diplomats said. Four countries -- New Zealand, Malaysia, Senegal and Venezuela -- pushed for action after Egypt, under pressure from US President-elect Donald Trump, delayed the vote on the measure. |
