US House Speaker Paul Ryan announced Tuesday that he has invited President Donald Trump to address a joint session of Congress next month. "I am inviting @POTUS Trump to address a joint session of Congress on February 28th," Ryan said in a tweet. Trump's inauguration last Friday means the White House and both chambers of Congress are now controlled by Republicans. |
