Obama to make statement on Supreme Court health care win

US President Barack Obama at 11:30 am (1530 GMT) Thursday will comment on a landmark Supreme Court ruling that upheld his signature health care reform, the White House said.
It said Obama would appear in the Rose Garden, after a legacy gilding legal ruling that saw Obama's Republican foes roundly defeated in efforts to gut measures to expand coverage.
