Obama orders flags flown at half staff after Dallas shooting

US President Barack Obama on Friday ordered flags on all government buildings to be flown at half staff until July 12 to honour the victims of the Dallas police shooting which left five dead.
"As a mark of respect for the victims of the attack on police officers... I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff," Obama said in a statement issued as he attended a NATO summit in Warsaw.
