The International Monetary Fund warned of substantial risks in the major emerging market economies Tuesday as it lowered its outlook for global economic growth this year
The IMF said the world economy will grow around 3.4 percent in 2015, with China's reform progress, falling commodity prices and a further strengthening of the US dollar topping a list of challenges that could threaten that.
