Hollande scraps post-attacks constitutional reform after opposition

French President Francois Hollande announced Wednesday that he was abandoning his plan for constitutional reforms in the wake of the November 13 attacks on Paris, including a measure to strip convicted terorrists of their nationality.
"A compromise appears out of reach," Hollande said, after the two houses of parliament failed to agree on the reforms that the president tabled following the attacks which killed 130 people.
