British Prime Minister David Cameron wished Queen Elizabeth II a happy 90th birthday in a parliamentary address on Thursday, saying that the country had been "uniquely blessed" by her record-breaking reign. Cameron praised the queen's "unshakeable sense of duty" at the start of an hours-long tribute by MPs in the House of Commons, wishing her "health, happiness and above all a very special birthday". |
