At least 43 civilians, including 11 children, were killed in bombardment of several rebel-held areas across Syria on Thursday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitor said.
The Britain-based group said most of the deaths were caused by government air strikes and shelling, though it was unclear whether strikes that killed 15 in northwestern Idlib province were carried out by the government or its ally Russia.
