Egyptian actress Youssra revealed that she is extremely happy for her choice as president of Cairo Film Festival, describing her participation in the festival as a national duty. She added that she has not hesitated to accept to participate in the festival.
She added that started holding meetings with Director Mohamed Ali to prepare for the filming of her new film “Beni Suef”, saying that they discuss the details of the character she performs during the new TV drama show scheduled to be presented during the coming drama season of Ramadan.
She stressed her keenness to choose her works carefully, saying that her works always discuss social issues that attract the attention of the Egyptian and Arab people from all over the Arab countries. She added that she is keen to express her respect to fans through careful choice of her works.
She added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that she attempts to be neutral during discussing any social issues, saying that she attempts to clarify the fact to the fans to provide them with the opportunity to judge the things upon their visions.
