Egyptian actress Samiha Ayoub stressed that she has not dealt with her art as a source to achieve financial gains, saying that she sacrificed a lot of gains just to perform distinctive roles which created her career.
She denied, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that she will participate in any drama shows during the coming Ramadan, while she has a delayed show entitled “A Lone Woman”.
She stressed, “The money does not make serious creators. Those artists who give the priority to the money do not achieve any success. The artists should afford and overcome the difficult challenges they face during their careers.”
