Sources denied what was published over the participation of Lebanese singer Haifa Wahby in a concert in the Syrian capital of Damascus during the New Year season, saying that what was published in this regard are unfounded rumors.

They added that the Lebanese singer is keen to express her appreciation to the Syrian people and her fans there, while she has not received any serious offer to participate in a concert in Damascus, saying that what was published are speculations from a number of media channels and newspapers.

According to the sources, the Lebanese singer plans to conduct a visit to Syria in the near future, while they have not revealed the date of this visit
