Egyptian actor Hany Ramzy praised the state of controversy over his latest show “Hany Shook the Mountain”, saying that such controversy provides clear message that the work managed to achieve notable success and to attract the attention of audience.

He added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that he prefers participation in drama shows, saying that the TV programs do not meet his needs as an actor. He stressed his keenness to present a film or a radio series beside his work in such TV programs. He added that he will not repeat this kind of programs if he will not find the suitable idea.

He stressed that the program has been prepared for two years, while the lack of qualified team prevented its implementation since then. He stressed that it is impossible for any actor to accept to participate in the program if he realized its real nature. He expressed his pleasure for the positive reactions to the program, saying that he was keen to follow the fans’ reactions through social media or in the street.
