UAE humanitarian projects in Lebanon
Ajman - Arab Today
Ajman's the Human Appeal International, HAI, has carried out a number of projects and programmes through its office in Lebanon.
The philanthropic organisation honoured 398 outstanding students in two separate ceremonies in Sidon and Tripoli, Lebanon, as part of its efforts and strategy to support the underprivileged worldwide.
HAI also provided sewing machines for a number of displaced Syrians in Lebanon, besides distributing food parcels to more than 1,000 needy families.
The organisation also provided shelter for needy families in Beirut and implemented other humanitarian projects for the benefit of 4,680 poor Lebanese households and 6,388 displaced Syrian families.
