President of Sudan Omar Al Bashir renewed today his commitment to implementing the Doha Document for Peace.
Speaking at a press conference that discussed the appointment of a new Prime Minister, Al Bashir said that the Doha Document for Peace became part of the constitution and reality of Sudan. He added that it was based on this document that he appointed a vice president.
Al Bashir revealed that he will oversee meetings in the near term that will discuss how to pursue with the implementation of the document. He also stressed his commitment to uniting everyone inside Sudan and to ensure the national unity government will succeed with its objectives.
