Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali hails security agencies readiness.

Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, during chairing a security meeting today, stressed to further strengthen security and safety in the governorate, pointing out the need to boost cooperation and coordination with security authorities to set up security and precautionary plans to maintain public order.
The governor praised the high readiness enjoyed by security agencies to deal with various circumstances.
A number of topics and security issues were discussed, in addition to arrangements related to the maintenance of public order and traffic movement during the New Year holidays in the governorate.
He stressed the importance of establishing coordination with the Civil Defence and Southern Governorate Police to raise campers’ awareness of safety and security measures to avoid fires and accidents.
