Palestinian Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Riyadh Al Malikihas praised the support of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the Palestinian cause for its significance for the Bahraini government and people. 
The Palestinian minister expressed in an interview with Bahrain News Agency (BNA) thanks for Bahrain's hospitality offered for the Palestinian ambassadors who will hold their meeting in the Kingdom of Bahrain. 
He stressed Bahrain's keenness on hosting the meeting for the second time in a row indicates its commitment to the Palestinian issue. 
He said the Palestinian ambassadors to Arab and Islamic states will get together in Bahrain to discuss the Arab, regional and international challenges faced by the Palestinian cause. 
He attached great importance to the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's visit to Bahrain, where he will hold talks with HM the King and senior Bahraini officials on boosting bilateral relations and the ongoing coordination between the two countries in various fields. 
He noted that the Palestinian ambassadors will meet with HM the King and listen to his directives on the Palestinian situation, welcoming Bahrain's supportive stances toward the Palestinian cause in Arab and international forums. 
He pointed out the Palestinian Authority's eagerness to boost the existing bilateral relations, expressing confidence that the Palestinian President's visit will further strengthen the bilateral relations.
He reiterated thanks for Bahrain's support at political, economic and financial levels, pointing out the development projects implemented by the Kingdom of Bahrain in various parts of Palestine.
He said he would meet with his Bahraini counterpart Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa to discuss the operating mechanisms for the two leaders' keenness on developing the bilateral relations and broadening aspects of cooperation.
