The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain
Manama - Arab Today

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain condemns the recent terrorist bombings in Babil, Zaytouna and Dhi Qar governorates in the Republic of Iraq, which resulted in the death and injury of tens of people. The Ministry affirms Bahrain’s unwavering stance with the Republic of Iraq and its solidarity and support to all security measures taken by Iraq to eliminate terrorism and establish peace and security.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its deep condolences to the Iraqi government and the families of the victims, and its wishes for the speedy recovery of all those injured by such terrorist acts which contradict all religious, moral and humanitarian values. It reiterates the firm position of the Kingdom of Bahrain which rejects all forms of terrorism and calls for concerted efforts to eradicate it and dry up its sources of funding.
