2nd meeting of speakers of Arab parliaments kicks off in Cairo
Cairo - Arab Today
The second annual meeting of Speakers of Arab parliaments kicked off here Saturday.
The meeting will focus on the latest regional developments and Israeli atrocities against the Palestinian people.
The participants will review the role played by their parliaments to support the struggle of the Palestinian people to attain their rights and establish their independent State with occupied East Jerusalem as its capital.
Figuring high in the meeting will also be challenges facing the Arab world, atop of which terrorism and foreign interference in Arab affairs.
