HH the Emir Meets UN Secretary-General

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met at his Emiri Diwan office on Wednesday with HE Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to Qatar.
Talks during the meeting covered cooperation ties between the State of Qatar and the United Nations, as well as regional and international developments, mainly the situation in the Middle East including Palestine, Syria and Yemen.
The UN Secretary-General expressed gratitude and appreciation to HH the Emir personally, and for the contributions and support of the State of Qatar to the international organization for the establishment of security, stability and peace all over the world.
