Media role in protecting national unity underlined

Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi has paid a visit to the ministry’s training centre and congratulated the students who have joined the Media Professional programme held in collaboration with Tamkeen.
The minister pointed out the media responsibility for defending the national unity and achievements and prioritizing loyalty to the homeland and royal leadership.
He highlighted the main traits of a media professional, including credibility, responsibility, respect for customs, traditions and social norms, as well as preserving genuine Bahraini identity.
Al-Romaihi tackled the concept of the comprehensive media personalities, skills gained and the need of media for this kind of personalities, who acquire their skills by practice, training and hard work to serve the homeland.
He underlined the significance of unleashing creativity at work amid the huge regional media competitiveness and urged the participants to grab the opportunity to acquire new skills.
