Nelly Karim in Luxor to stimulate tourism

The famous actress Nelly Karim said that her presence at the Luxor Festival was to activate the tourism, indicating that it is the duty of every Egyptian to do his best to serve the country, adding that it had received the news of the fall of a number of martyrs in the two incidents of Tanta and Alexandria with the utmost sadness.

Karim pointed out, in interview with Arabs Today, that terrorism will unite the Egyptians through standing with President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

Regarding her work in "Le Aghla Sie'ar" (The most expensive price) series, she indicated that she did not think to participate in any dramatic experiences of this year, but she was motivated by the scenario of the series, where she could not reject it, pointing out the good atmosphere of love and affection between all colleagues during filming the series.

She added that there is no disagreement with anyone, explaining that all that was raised recently about the existence of differences between the stars of the work is just words of newspapers, noting that when she was stressed during the filming and taken to the hospital, all of her colleagues visited her in the hospital.

Regarding  her style this year, she said that she had already decided to distance herself from sadness and grief after having done so for three consecutive years in three works, noting that she was always thinking about the new work.

She explained that she loves every director who worked with him, such as Abu Zekri and Mohammed Diab, and others. As for her study of art, she said that she studied only at the Higher Institute of Ballet.

Regarding the balance between the cinema and drama, she explained that she does not think in this way, but that the subject that convinces her is filmed, whether it is cinema or television.

As for spending her spare time, she explained that she is a very normal person who likes to go out and stay with her children and then have a lot of hobbies such as reading, traveling and playing.

Regarding the singers that she likes to hear, Karim explained that she loves Angham, Asala and Umm Kalthoum, noting that she loves to hear classical music and the music of the great artist Omar Khairat, as it gives her positive energy.

Regarding her participation with the late actress Faten Hamama, Karim said that she was happy to stand before her and in front of the late Ahmed Ramzi and great actor Jamil Rateb, adding that the public knew her from " Wagh al-Qamr" series, in cooperation with those artists.

Regarding the foods she loves, she explained that she loves the various dishes, especially the Egyptian, such as stuffed, macaroni and mulukhya, explaining that she does not eat once, but she always takes her meal in stages along with her work and this does not increase her weight.
