Moroccan actress Jihan Khalil expressed her pleasure of her participation in the TV drama show “Spotlight”, saying that the new TV drama show managed to achieve notable success and achieved high popularity among the fans in all over the Arab world. She stressed that the drama show is considered one of her major steps in her career as an actress.

She added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, she received positive reactions from her fans over her role in the TV drama show, saying that she is keen to follow the fans’ reactions to assess her performance in the TV drama show. She added that the fans’ reaction is considered the major standard upon which she assesses her steps.

The Moroccan actress stressed her confidence that the drama work would achieve notable success, saying that the good scenario was the major factor that pushed her to accept participation in the drama work. She praised the staff, saying that all actors who participated in the drama work were keen to exert their efforts to meet the expectations of their fans in all over the Arab world.

She added that Egyptian superstar Hany Salama performed a major role to support her during performing her role, expressing her appreciation to his support for her. She stressed that the work is considered a turning point in her career since its beginning. She expressed her pleasure for the high popularity that the series achieved since its first episodes, saying that the TV drama show managed to achieve high rates of view during the latest drama season of Ramadan.

She praised the performance of the producing company, saying that they managed to deal with the actors in professional way. She also hailed the role performed by the director Raouf Abdel-Aziz and all of her colleagues to support her during the filming of her scenes.

She expressed her keenness to diversify her works whether in cinema or drama, stressing that any actor should not limit himself in specific role but to perform different roles to meet the expectations of his fans in all over the Arab countries. She revealed that she does not accept any role, while she is always keen to choose her role carefully, saying that she considers any offer well before taking her final decision whether to participate in it or not.
