Qatar Stock Index Gains 33.28 Points
Doha - QNA
Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 33.28 points (+0.32%) when the bourse closed trading at 10,461.81 points Tuesday. The volume of shares traded increased to 15,697,196 from 13,254,169 on Monday and the value of shares also increased QR 391,223,685.90 from QR 333,761,102.09 on Monday.
From the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 40 saw trading today. From these 24 gained and 13 companies closed lower today, remained three companies unchanged.
Indices of five sectors ended in green and remained two sectors ended in red today. QSE Total Return Index gained +0.32 to 17,338.95 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index added +0.37% to 4,148.10 points and QSE All Share Index increased +0.29% to 2,944.72 points.
