His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable from Khalid Abdulrahman Almoayed, the chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), expressing deep gratitude for supporting sustainable growth and for re-invigorating the private sector through sagacious decisions.
Almoayed thanked HRH the Premier for his directives to hold meetings between the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the BCCI to reach an agreement on postponing the implementation of Ministerial Edict 130/2016, which would have taken effect in September.
The meetings resulted in postponing the implementation for six months.
