UAE issues decree appointing director-general of Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree, No. 181 for 2013, to appoint Engineer Gamila Mohammed Khalfan Al Shamsi, as Director-General of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme. The appointment is at a level equivalent to Under-Secretary. Al Shamsi graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University and she also received the certificate of Abu Dhabi Executive Leadership Programme. She worked in a number of positions at the Ministry of Public Works, most recently as Director of the Department of Housing.
