Iraq and Sudan agreed to strengthen their economic relations and promote the level of trade between the two countries. In a joint press conference held here Tuesday with the Sudanese Ambassador to Iraq, Abdul Moneim Ahmed al-Ameen, Iraq's Minister of Planning and Finance, Ali Yousif Al-Shukri said that they agreed to strengthen bilateral relations through the easy access of the Sudanese investment companies into the Iraqi market and raise the level of trade between them. For his part, the Sudanese ambassador expressed his country's keenness and willingness to develop these relations , saying that he discussed with the Iraqi side the best ways to develop relations between the two countries in the field of the economy.
