Commerce and Industry Minister Dr.Tawfiq Bin Fauzan Al-Rabiah has licensed the transformation of 'Sanabel Al-Salaam' Company for Food Industries from the Limited Liability Firm to a closed joint stock company with a capital of SR 167 Million, split into 16.7 million shares of the nominal value of SR 10 each. The partners of the Company subscribed to all shares of the Riyadh-based company. A statement of the Ministry said its decision is prompted by the Kingdom's policy to boost economic activities in various sectors and raise the competitiveness of the national economy in the face of challenges and regional and international competitions.
