South Korean listed firms saw their ability to repay their short-term liabilities improve through September from end-2012, data showed Thursday. The average current ratio for 573 out of 697 firms listed on the Seoul main bourse came to 127.46 percent at end-September this year, up 6.77 percentage points from end-December 2012, according to the data by the Korea Exchange (KRX).
