Europe's jobless crisis has deepened, with the news that the unemployment rate across the eurozone has risen to a new record high of 11.8%. Youth unemployment has also risen again hitting 24.4% across the eurozone. In Spain, 56.5% of young people are out of work. Economists warned that the data shows that Europe is still stuck in a severe economic mess, despite the progress made in 2012 to hold the eurozone together.
