A worker has been accused of paying for a drink in a nightclub with an allegedly fake $100 banknote. The 33-year-old Indian worker was said to have visited the nightclub to chill out and have a drink after a long working day. When the worker's bill mounted to Dh90, he took out a $100 banknote and paid the bill, gulfnews state. However the Indian bartender asked the suspect, J.A., to pay his bill in dirhams. The latter said he only had US dollars and went to the washroom. Since the man was a regular customer at the bar, the bartender accepted the currency, and went to the hotel's restaurant to get change for $100.
