Al Mathal group joins 2nd tamkeen business quiz

FinMark Communications and Tamkeen today announced Al-Amthal Group for Consultancy and Software, a leading Bahrain-based technology and information services provider with offices in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar, as the Technology Partner for the Tamkeen Business Quiz Show. The event, which is being held in December in conjunction with the Kingdom’s National Day celebrations, will showcase top companies and talent from within Bahrain’s business community, which has long made the Kingdom of Bahrain a leading financial and business hub in the region. Al-Amthal will use its state-of-the-art technology, software and web solutions – its core business areas – to help in the development and execution of a successful show and an exciting experience for the participating teams, which will include those from the Banking, Insurance, Technology & Telecommunications and Industrial sectors. These industries represent key areas of the Kingdom’s economy and the Tamkeen Business Quiz Show will provide a platform to build awareness of the dynamic companies and individuals that work within them. The four industry quiz nights will be held on 2, 4, 5 and 6 December 2012.The Grand Finale, to be held on 11 December 2012, will see the four winning teams, representing their respective industries, compete for the top honour. The competitions will take place in front of live audiences at the Seef Mall in order to maximise public participation and awareness building among corporates and individuals of the opportunities that exist in Bahrain’s private sector and the programmes and initiatives of Tamkeen, which are aimed at job creation and private sector growth. Episodes will also be featured on BTV and in Bahrain’s print and online media.
