Cairo - MENA
The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes were up at the start of trading on Wednesday due to purchases by local institutions and investment funds.
The market capital reached 501.7 billion pounds after one hour of transactions up by 4.5 billion pounds.
The EGX 30 benchmark index soared 0.39 percent to reach 8,682.66 points.
