Egypt first destination for investors

Lebanese investors take Egypt as their first choice in business, funnelling more than thirty million dollars worth of investment, said a new study by the Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (DHAMAN) on Tuesday. According to a recent study conducted by the Kuwait-based organization, more than half of Lebanese investments go to Cairo while the rest goes to seven other Arab countries subject of the study. The study that covered main eight Arab countries in which Lebanese invest money says that Beirut contributes by about 1.9% of inter-Arab trade volume.
