Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), was ranked No. 1 in the Arabic and English issue of Arabian Business Magazine's 500 Most Powerful Arabs. The English version published the following: "Saudi Arabia's Prince Alwaleed has topped the Arabian Business Power List for the eighth successive year. The Kingdom Holding chairman took top slot in the coveted list of the world's 500 most influential Arabs."
