'Beyond the Sentence'
London - Arab Today

Glenn Painter, an accomplished writer, has completed his first book “Beyond the Sentence”: an engrossing tale that is a compelling page turner from start to finish.
Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Glenn Painter’s new book is a vivid window into the pain which the human soul can endure and triumph over.
Beyond The Sentence, is a work of fiction that is inspired by actual events.
This novel will clearly show what can and does happen both criminally and civilly in this one sided system. A system that is deeply flawed, and is designed to protect the government only through one sided approaches on technicalities, which are put in place to save money not lives as worded in the constitution of the United States.
Jason Bishop was one of these individuals. An individual that was sentenced to a ten year prison term by a system that made its own rules and denied him of certain Constitutional rights under the 6th amendment.
Two years after his sentence, certain staff members committed another Constitutional violation under the 8th amendment of his civil rights amounting to DELIBERATE INDIFFERENCE, where he was tortured and left for dead.
After numerous hospital stays, Mr. Bishop filed a Federal Claim against these individuals. He had NO choice but to fight this alone because of his incarceration, while these individuals, who are not immune to prosecution were represented by the Attorney General of the State of Georgia.
Jason Bishop, after fighting this claim single handily, was released five years early from his sentence to another state only to be further attacked by the State of Georgia. Also it was claimed that he failed to exhaust administrative remedies as stated in a section of the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995(PLRA).
This is not right according to the U.S. Constitution. The 8th amendment, as of December 15, 1791, clearly prohibits the FERERAL GOVERNMENT from imposing excessive bail, excessive fines or CRUEL and UNUSUSUAL punishments, including TORTURE (which is the bases for this novel).
It is not up to us to judge another human being. It is up to God only and we are put here on this Earth to enforce this rule through the constitution. One thing is for certain that two wrongs do not make a right.
This page turning novel will not only keep the reader on the edge of their seat, but will show how this system works that U.S taxes pay for.
A Federal complaint has been filed in Federal Court against the United States, claiming that a section of the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995(PLRA) is non- Constitutional. A constitutional violation is a constitutional violation no matter which way it is looked at. Another human, no matter if they are incarcerated, should not have a claim of a Constitutional violation dismissed on a technicality to which this act applies.
Staff members that commit these violations know they can get away with anything because they are protected by their employer who is already aware of this technicality. This is a system that is geared by a section in an act that is contended to be non-constitutional. Without such a section in this act, each and every individual shall be free to prove such a violation after all legal tests are passed through the Federal Court system. This complaint is pending in the United States Federal District Court.
There is a lot of work to initiate such a claim that a normal incarcerated human does not have access too. Because of this matter and the fact that a majority of humans are illiterate on a legal standpoint, the author has vowed, with profits from the sale of this book that a company shall be formed, with the hiring of trained paralegals, to prepare such initial paperwork that is necessary.
