
Egypt's Ambassador in London Nasser Kamel on Thursday inaugurated a Pharaonic antiquities exhibition.
The exhibition, titled "Beyond Beauty: Transforming the Body in Ancient Egypt", showcased a group of Egyptian antiquities from seven different museums from around England.
The exhibition is organized by the Egyptian Embassy in London and a British charitable organization, and will last until April 24.
In his speech, the ambassador said that Beyond Beauty will coincide with a program of cultural events, including Egyptian folkloric storytelling, lectures, traditional Egyptian music and craft workshops.
