EEDC put Egypt in global investment map
Egyptian Minister Ashraf Salman

Investment Minister Ashraf Salman on Thursday said that Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) managed to put Egypt in the global investment map.
Speaking to reporters after a visit to Alexandria, Salman said that the conference has targeted direct investments that need more time to be implemented.
The conference lured investments of USD 35 billions in the field of electricity and investments of USD 21 billions in the field of oil, the minister noted.
