Horeya Farghali
Beirut - Arabs Today

Horeya Farghali, the former Miss Egypt, appeared to be a different woman on TV interview. Her features were largely altered by series of cosmetic operations in her nose, except for the Hollywood smile that made her smile reveal teeth far from natural.

She is no longer that actress with features that represent her natural oriental beauty. The TV hoster, Sherif Madkour did not exaggerate when he said that she was like Michael Jackson before he came back and apologized for this comment, which some people considered offensive, especially since the actress suffers from health problems.

In the same context, Lebanese actress Dina Hayek put her life at risk after conducting an operation of beautification in her nose for the second time, when she picked up a virus from a Lebanese hospital. She traveled to France for treatment.

The facelift is not confined to the nose, but includes the whole face, and this is what we saw in two of the most famous Lebanese singers Nancy Ajram and Elissa.

When Elissar Khoury decided to switch to Elissa, she decided to become another human being with all sense of the word. Her features changed to a large extent. While the singer refused to talk about those operations, she could not prevent the press and the public from talking about the distortion that hit the bottom part of her face to her lips, where her laugh became unnatural.

It seems that Elissa has conducted a series of operations to alleviate this distortion, but she certainly did not suffer as suffered the artist Nawal Zoghbi when she had to travel to France to treat the distortion of her lips as a result of continuous injection.

Nancy Ajram is one of the most famous female singers who have undergone cosmetic surgery since her debut under the supervision of her manager, Gigi Lamara, but she is perhaps the most artist who maintained their new image in the minds of her audience because she has maintained her appearance since the first cosmetic process.

On the other hand, there are many artists who refuse to recognize that they have conducted cosmetic surgery, such as the actress Lucie, who claims that she conducted only one operation is to enlarge her lips, but the operation failed miserably, and stayed for more than three months in her home until her lips returned to normal.

In a related context, Dr. Roy Khoury said in an exclusive interview with Arabs Today that many artists had conducted the cosmetic operations early, randomly, pointing out that this phenomenon began about ten years ago.

Khoury added that most female artists are captives of these operations, and few of them listen to the doctor's advice. "We can not ignore the breast augmentation, which is essential for many of them" Khoury  said, refusing to mention the names of the artists who frequented his clinic.
